This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which webgro solutions accepts refund or cancellation requests related to services offered through our platforms, including CRM, E-commerce, Web Development, and Digital Marketing tools.
Reinstallation is supported after the expiry of the initial setup window, based on applicable terms and prior payment confirmation.
There are no annual maintenance fees or server hosting charges for CRM and ERP users unless explicitly mentioned in the service contract.
Google Maps-based location tracking requires the client to maintain a valid and active Google Wallet balance to keep the Maps API running. WebGro Solutions does not take responsibility for service disruption due to exhausted Google credits or third-party billing failures.
Voice and IVR features are not part of the core package. Pre-approved IVR systems are supported. New integrations may be billed depending on effort and system compatibility.
To initiate a refund request, contact our support team at webgrosolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your invoice, project name, and reason for the request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
